Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Meal Program

KIPP Capital Region Public Charter Schools has been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Meal Program. All children enrolled in the schools will receive meals/milk at no charge regardless of household income. The form below is used to determine eligibility for additional New York State and Federal program benefits that your child(ren) may qualify for. It also may qualify the District for additional Federal assistance and we request that all parents complete the form.

Meal Modifications

Meal modifications are available for students with special dietary needs (including food allergies). If your child is in need of a modification, please contact the Director of Food Service, Cindy Yonkers, at cyonkers@kipptechvalley.org or 518-360-6152 or the main office of your child’s school.

Nondiscrimination Statement

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant
Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
